A person over 18 years of age with photo ID must be home on the day to accept delivery.

 

If you've asked for a demonstration you'll need:

 

• 1x Standard 10a power outlet within 15m of your set up location.
• adequet space selected for the set up.
• A DVD, Blu-ray disc or content on a device with a HDMI output.

If your nominated address for delivery is more than 15km from the Brisbane CBD (as defined by Google Maps and excluding toll roads), you are required to pay an additional fee. This fee is charged at $3.30 per km this balance is required to be paid in full prior to the delivery date.

Pick up is avaliable (ideal if you want to avoid additional delivery charges)

We'll be intouch to organise a pick up time and drop off time both of which are by appointment only.

 

The Cinema Systems are very easy to setup.  Full picture instructions are provided should you need them.  Pack-down is very easy, it is a DIY system and it is quite simple to setup. Instructions are provided with all systems and extras. If you have basic knowledge on how to connect video and audio devices at home, you most likely won’t require the assistance of the instructions provided. As direct sunlight can damage electronic equipment and the seals on the inflatable screen, you should not set the system up until about an hour before dusk. Remember that we can't guarantee the compatibility of any external equipment you may wish to use. You may need to change output settings on the devices for them to function.
