Refunds

Backyard Cinema Hire is closing. All current hires will continue as scheduled however as of 01/01/25 no further bookings will be accepted. Refunds are only available if required under Australian consumer law.

Ex-hire equipment unless stated otherwise is offered in a "as is" condition. The equipment will be functionally tested and test tagged. No warranty is able to be offered. We recommend customers consider inspection prior to purchase.

If the customer has chosen not to inspect prior to purchase the customer must inspect upon pick up or delivery.

Customer my choose to reject goods upon inspection (if not previously inspected). Any delivery fee and 2.2% card fee will be retained by Backyard Cinema Hire to cover delivery (if applicable) and card processing costs.
