IMPORTANT: If your booking date is less than 14 days away, please contact us by email or phone before booking to confirm availability. Please check your local sunset times, as our systems cannot be used during daylight hours (unless they are to be used inside where it is dark). It is very important that you make yourself available on the day of your booking, as delivery times may vary.

**Delivery charge of $3.30 per additional kilometer applies if you are more than 20km by road (excluding toll roads) from the Brisbane CBD.

Delivery outside our delivery zone is subject to availability and incurs a $3.30/KM surcharge.

Standard delivery and collection is scheduled by us according to our operational requirements. We'll let you know our 1 hour delivery window for your booking upon closure of bookings for your date. If you let us know your party start time we'll make every effort to be set up beforehand.

Premium delivery is available if you need your order delivered at a specific time.
Premium delivery or collection customers select their prefered delivery or collection window. These orders are usually delivered and collected separately from our standard delivery and collection run as such additional fees apply.

3.5m x 5m space selected for the set up

A DVD, Blu-ray disc or content on a device with a HDMI output to test your set up.
We offer our Booking guarantee to give you confidence when booking with us.

If government restrictions* prevent you from holding your event or wet / windy weather* is likely to impact your booking date simply contact us and we can postpone your booking to another date (subject to availability) without loss of your payment.

You have up until 5pm on the day prior to your booking to take advantage of our Booking guarantee.

We have found customers have very rarely used this option as the screen is small enough to move to an undercover area or inside a shed or large indoor room during bad weather.

Please keep in mind we do not offer refunds in the above circumstances.

Inline with our obligations under Australian consumer law, we do not offer full or partial refunds unless equipment has been deemed unusable due to a technical fault within our control or in the unlikely event our products or services are unable to be provided.

Please be aware that all hires require a refundable* $100 security deposit upon delivery. Cash is prefered.

Card payment of the security deposit can take up to 14 business days to refund and attract a 2.2% processing fee.

The Cinema Systems are very easy to set up. Full picture instructions are provided should you need them. Pack-down is very easy, it is a DIY system and it is quite simple to set up. Instructions are provided with all systems and extras. If you have basic knowledge on how to connect video and audio devices at home, you most likely won’t require the assistance of the instructions provided. As direct sunlight can damage electronic equipment and the seals on the inflatable screen, you should not set the system up until about an hour before dusk. Remember that we can't guarantee the compatibility of any external equipment you may wish to use. You may need to change output settings on the devices for them to function.
